Web Hosting Services

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for the following new hosting services:

  • VPS Hosting
  • Shared Hosting
  • Reseller Hosting

If you are not completely satisfied with our hosting services within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund of your hosting fees. This refund will not include any setup fees, administrative fees, domain registration fees, or add-on services that may have been purchased alongside your hosting plan.

Conditions and Limitations

  • The 30-day money-back guarantee applies only to first-time purchases of hosting plans, not to renewals or upgrades.
  • If you have received a promotional discount or special offer, the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
  • Dedicated server plans are subject to a 7-day money-back guarantee rather than the standard 30 days due to the resources allocated to setting up these environments.
  • Accounts terminated for violations of our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Domain Registrations: Domain name registrations and renewals are non-refundable. This is because once a domain is registered, it is reserved exclusively for you and cannot be resold.
  • SSL Certificates: SSL certificates are non-refundable once issued due to the nature of the security verification process.
  • Setup Fees: Any setup fees associated with service activation are non-refundable.
  • Migration Services: Data migration services are non-refundable once the migration process has begun.
  • Administrative Fees: Administrative fees, including late payment fees, are non-refundable.

Custom Application Services

Pre-Built Products

Our pre-built software products (such as SecureAuth Pro, DataSync Enterprise, etc.) are eligible for a 14-day money-back guarantee if they do not perform as advertised. To be eligible for a refund, you must:

  • Submit a detailed description of the issue within 14 days of purchase
  • Allow our technical team to attempt to resolve the issue
  • Provide reasonable cooperation during the troubleshooting process

If after reasonable efforts, we are unable to make the product perform as advertised, we will issue a full refund.

Custom Development Projects

For custom software development projects, our refund policy is as follows:

  • Project Deposits: Initial deposits for custom development projects are non-refundable as they secure your place in our development schedule and cover initial planning and resource allocation.
  • Milestone Payments: Payments made upon completion of project milestones are non-refundable as they represent work already completed and delivered.
  • Project Cancellation: If you choose to cancel a custom development project before completion, you will be billed for all work completed up to the cancellation date. Any remaining balance from prepaid amounts will be refunded.
  • Project Guarantees: Custom software development is subject to the terms specified in your development contract, which may include specific performance guarantees or acceptance criteria.

Prorated Refunds for Service Cancellations

If you cancel your hosting service after the initial 30-day money-back guarantee period, but before the end of your billing cycle, we may provide a prorated refund for the unused portion of your service under the following conditions:

  • You must have paid for the service in advance for a period greater than one month.
  • The prorated refund applies only to hosting fees, not to add-on services or domains.
  • A cancellation fee of $25 will be deducted from the prorated refund amount.
  • Accounts must be in good standing and not in violation of our Terms of Service.

Prorated refunds are calculated based on the number of full months remaining in your prepaid term, after deducting any applicable fees.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a support ticket through your client portal or send an email to [email protected].
  2. Include your account information, the service you wish to cancel, and the reason for your cancellation.
  3. For custom application refund requests, please include detailed information about the issue you're experiencing.
  4. Our billing team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

All refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.

Changes to Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website.

Changes to the Refund Policy will not apply retroactively to purchases made before the effective date of the change.
